acsurveys were founded in 2003 by principle surveyor Adrian Cotton FRICS. With hundreds of satisfied clients in London and the South East we cover principally the following areas:

We work on the principle that every job is unique and every property is different. Our detailed on-site notes ensure we don’t miss any important detail in our surveys.

Each job is individually priced taking into account the age, size and value of the property. We will ask you for some property details so we can give you a fixed price quote before we proceed. Our pricing is very competitive and we will confirm your instructions in writing before we commence.

Adrian Cotton

Principal surveyor Adrian Cotton FRICS has been in the residential property surveying and related sectors since 1963, gaining his professional qualifications in 1972. Since 2000 Adrian has been a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. During this career he has amassed a wealth of knowledge on different construction methods and the issues that these might bring to light during a survey.

Adrian Started his career as an apprentice to a chartered surveyor and gained a wealth of knowledge working as an estate agent, valuer and property auctioneer in addition to becoming a chartered surveyor himself.

Adrian prides himself on being extremely thorough and diligent in his work. He is also very approachable and would be pleased to discuss your concerns or specific requirements on any aspect of our work.
