Building/structural Surveys

Our building surveys offer a complete structural survey inspection and report. All accessible aspects of the property are visually examined including the condition of the structure, wiring, plumbing and drainage.

A damp meter is used to check for moisture in floors and walls and the property is examined for rot and beetle infestations. The construction methods used in the property are examined and the condition of those elements are noted.

A detailed printed report is produced which covers all aspects of the survey and is illustrated as appropriate.

Home Buyers Type Surveys

A home buyers type survey covers the same items as a full building survey but offers a less detailed report. We are happy to advise which method of survey is recommended based on the property type, age and condition.
